Little b Confectionery began as a marshmallow making hobby and something fun to do with my daughter. It quickly turned into an obsession. Once I started making marshmallows I could’t stop and I loved creating new flavours for friends and family to try. One day I began making caramel for a marshmallow and started wrapping the extras in parchment to give away. That started a whole new journey in confections. What started as a marshmallow topping quickly became the backbone of my company. It’s all about the journey! Creating this humble little company has made me connect with the great community of South Delta and beyond.
